Seattle does not often get so hot it feels as though your brain is melting, but this summer it did. Those long summer days where it feels as though the heat will never end somehow lead to endless creative bursts. I made this piece while intermittently closing my eyes in front of fan- for me this is what it looks like when I close my eyes before the sun sets at 10pm.
